Patrick T. Kelly, CFA, Director

Patrick T. Kelly is a Director of River Branch Capital. Before joining River Branch in March 2010, Mr. Kelly worked for an investment subsidiary of global insurance holding company Power Corporation of Canada where he participated in negotiated transactions in the securities of publicly-traded companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Kelly’s investment experience also includes positions at Janus Capital Group and Aragon Global Management, an equity focused long-short investment partnership.

Previously, Mr. Kelly was an Analyst and Associate in the investment banking group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Kelly began his career as an analyst with Mr. Olson in DLJ’s financial institutions group.

Mr. Kelly received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and his MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Kelly is a CFA Charterholder and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Society of Chicago.
